PVCu tilt and slide window doors are enormously popular. The sash can be tilted and then slide behind the fixed glazed part. The basic part of the structure is comprised of the SCHÜCO CT70 AS system and Siegenia PSK Portal 200-Z fitting. The disadvantage is approx. 70 mm threshold, a slightly more complicated way of leaf control and lower max. dimensions in comparison to HS portal.

1) the front width of the frame and leaf 130 mm
2) when the diameter of the PSK portal is 3000 × 2300 mm, glazing refers to Ug = 1.1 W/m2K and a plastic Swisspacer Advance spacer is (Ψ = 0.045 W/mK)
3) when the diameter of the PSK portal is 3000 × 2300 mm, glazing refers to Ug = 0.7 W/m2K and a plastic Swisspacer Ultimate spacer is (Ψ = 0.042 W/mK)
It is a safe and especially comfortable fitting for PSK portals There are mashroom cams in all four corners, the resistance to burglary can be adjusted up to class RC2. The movement of the handle is transmitted through lever to the upper and lower stay arms, that is why even heavy sashes can be comfortably handled. The handle has a built-in lever preventing from slamming the door from the outside. The leaf can be adjusted and positioned if necessary. A wide range of colours for handles and covers is provided.
There is thermal and insulation double glazing with low-emissive coating (low-E) available a well. The parameters of glass: sturcture FLOAT4 - 16 - 4lowE, Ug = 0.1 W/m2K (according to EN 673), the emissivity value of low-E layer = 0.03, light transmission: TL = 82%, total energy transfer (solar factor) g = 65%, warm spacer SGG SWISSPACER ADVANCE, argon filling 90%.
We standardly offer thermal insulation triple glazing with SGG Planitherm XN (low-E) low emissivity coating. This glazing has excelllent properties: heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.6 W/m2K, solar factor g = 54%, light transmission TL = 74%. Filled with argon to 90%, the of emissivity coating is 0.03. The glazing is supplied with SGG SWISSPACER ADVANCED spacer or SGG SWISSPACER ULTIMATE spacer which currently have the best parameters on the market.
It is often necessary to “stuff” the composition of only one kind of glass with a number of properties. In addition to energy requirements (thermal insulation, sun protection, and heat gains), we often impose on glass also requirements for safety (protection against burglary, protection against injury), aesthetic (ornaments, colours, opaque) or functional (noise protection, self-cleaning property). Glass simultaneously meeting multiple requirements is called multifunctional glass and to put it on offer requires the knowledge of the subject and a proficient supplier of glass. Luckily, we meet both of these precondition in Aluplast :-)
In addition to the standard white (RAL 9016) there are also available 16 wood paterns of veneer, and 21 RAL shades when laminating, and up to approx. 300 RAL shades when sheating is done with aluminium cladding (TopAlu) and wet varnishing technology. More details on each type of finishes and colour options are provided in the blog.
