SCHÜCO LivIng Alu Inside PVCu windows are made from an innovative 7-chamber profile system which has excellent thermal and insulation properties with the heat transfer coefficient of frame UF up to 0.79 W/m2K. Seven chambers, solid depth of profile and 3 levels of gaskets, in addition, provide an excellent energy efficiency and superior sound proofing. The technology of integrated aluminum bracing guarantees the dimensional stability of profiles. With large dimensions, the static strength of sashes can be improved by inserting a steel bracing, or by means of structural glazing with window sash.
SCHÜCO LivIng Alu Inside windows with thermal and insulation inserts, fitted with glazing with heat transfer coeffiecient UG = 0.6 W/m2K and frame spacers SWISSPACER Ultimate suitable to be built in low-energy passive houses (EPC), as one of the few profiles on the market, heat transfer coefficient of frame refers to (UF) and through window (Uw) below 0.8 W/m2K.
The windows are standardly equipped with all-round fitting Siegenia TITAN AF, with alternative fittings SCHÜCO VarioTec, allowing down pressure of sash against window frame, anti-mishandling device with two mashroom cams for casement windows with tilt back system, and a number of other options for fittings.
We produce and also offer Schüco LivIng Alu Inside windows in modification with outer aluminum cladding (TopAlu), see photos in the product gallery. ALU-clip can be painted with approx. 300 colours and then the structure resembles of all-aluminum constructions.
