Thanks to a newly developed thermal insulation technology, our Optimized systems achieve a high level of energy efficiency. This achieves a significant improvement in the thermal performance indicators compared to the AWS standard system.
With the new 4-head insulating bars in the vent and the optimized insulating bars in the outer frame profile, the thermal insulation (Uf) can be improved by up to 20% with respect to standard AWS 75.SI+ system.

The concealed fitting system SCHÜCO AvanTec SimplySmart with 180° opening offers attractive novelties in the field of safety and accessories. For example, the option for built-in windows to increase the fitting resistance to burglary up to class RC 2. Regarding accessories, a control lever provides you with greater comfort as it prevents from faulty handling, then there is a lever preventing from a sash slam, a lever limiting 90° angle opening, or in case of big and heavy sashes, there are innovative onsets and a sash carrier when closing and in closed condition. Advanced features: safety and cleaning hinges for tilt sash system up to the weight of 160 kg, a variant of handling - tilding before turn (protection against falling out), resistance to burglary up to class RC 3.
Modern and user friendly ergonomic design, these are common features of the SCHÜCO handles for aluminum windows, balcony doors PSK-, HS-portals, and front doors.
We standardly offer thermal insulation triple glazing with SGG Planitherm XN (low-E) low emissivity coating. This glazing has excelllent properties: heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.6 W/m2K, solar factor g = 54%, light transmission TL = 74%. Filled with argon to 90%, the value of emissivity coating is 0.03. The glazing is supplied with SGG SWISSPACER ADVANCED or SGG SWISSPACER ULTIMATE spacer which currently have the best parameters on the market.
It is often necessary to “stuff” the composition of only one kind of glass with a number of properties. In addition to energy requirements (thermal insulation, sun protection, and heat gains), we often impose on glass also requirements for safety (protection against burglary, protection against injury), aesthetic (ornaments, colours, opaque) or functional (noise protection, self-cleaning property). Glass simultaneously meeting multiple requirements is called multifunctional glass and to put it on offer requires the knowledge of the subject and a proficient supplier of glass. Luckily, we meet both of these precondition in ALUPLAST :-)
There are roughly 300 RAL shades and anodizers of choice. Basic shades of colours according to RAL are alternatively offered we as glossy, matte, and with fine structure (Feinstruktur). It is also possible to choose from a number of special pearly colours with a metallic effect, INOX optical effect, or wood-like coating. Structurally and aesthetically advanced profiles in combination with a nice paint, concealed hinges and exclusive handles will make your windows a real gem of your house.
