The aluminum tilt and slide balcony door (PSK) combines the advantages of sliding and tilting: the sash can be tilted and then slide behind the fixed glazed part. Compared to the lift and slide door, it has the advantage of the possibility to tilt the sash, this construction is also tighter and more resistant to wind-driven rain. The drawback to it can be 79 mm high profile that needs to be stepped over, smaller maximum dimensions of the sliding sash and uneven dimensions of the sash glazing and the adjacent fixed glazing.

For the purposes of the building security, or heating regulation, we offer SCHÜCO magnetic sensors. These are built into the profile so they are invisible after the sash/leaf is closed. They include 3 functionalities, 1) the control of sash opening, 2.) the control of sash closing, and 3.) combined control of opening and closing of sash.
We standardly offer thermal insulation triple glazing with SGG Planitherm XN (low-E) low emissivity coating. This glazing has excelllent properties: heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.6 W/m2K, solar factor g = 54%, light transmission TL = 74%. Filled with argon to 90%, the of emissivity coating is 0.03. The glazing is supplied with SGG SWISSPACER ADVANCED spacer or SGG SWISSPACER ULTIMATE spacer which currently have the best parameters on the market.
It is often necessary to “stuff” the composition of only one kind of glass with a number of properties. In addition to energy requirements (thermal insulation, sun protection, and heat gains), we often impose on glass also requirements for safety (protection against burglary, protection against injury), aesthetic (ornaments, colours, opaque) or functional (noise protection, self-cleaning property). There are roughly 300 RAL shades and anodizers of choice. Basic shades of colours according to RAL are alternatively offered we as glossy, matte, and with fine structure (Feinstruktur). It is also possible to choose from a number of special pearly colours with a metallic effect, INOX optical effect, or wood-like coating. Structurally and aesthetically advanced profiles in combination with a nice paint, concealed hinges and exclusive handles will make your windows a real gem of your house.
