SCHÜCO LivIng 82 MD plastic door are made of 7-chamber frame and 7-chamber leaf. According to static requirements, the profiles are reinforced with corrosion-proof steel reinforcements with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm. In addition to the 7-chamber profile, the thermal and insulation parameters, as well as protection against excessive noise are provided by 2 stages of rebate and 1 stage of middle gasket . In the area of the threshold there are also 2 stages of gaskets. The threshold is plastic with thermally insulating properties and an external AL-clip.
The SCHÜCO LivIng 82 MD door are available in both versions - inward and outward opening, separate or with side and top transom windows. The door can also be offered in the TopAlu version, i.e. with AL-clips.
The plastic door can be glazed with double-glass unit, tripple-glass unit, or door panels of choice. The doors are also available with outdoor overlapping panael of the leaf (ADECO door panels).
The doors are commonly fitted with automatic locks, e.g. KFV AS 2750. As for accessories, there are handles and cranks of choice, top mounted self-closing door closers, various door panels, and many types of obscure patterned and safety glazing.

1) when the front width of the frame and leaf is 157 mm, 2) when the dimension is 1000 × 2100 mm, glazing Ug = 0.6 W/m2K, and Swisspacer Advance plastic spacer bar (Ψ = 0.042 W/mK), 3) when the dimension refers to1000 × 2100 mm, the glazing is Ug = 0.5 W/m2K, and Swisspacer Ultimate plastic spacer bar (Ψ = 0.030 W/mK), *Situation 1 ... the door is closed and locked, i.e. in the active position when all locking points, 2 shootbolts, 2 hook bolts, 1 central deadbolt and 1 central catch, ** Situation 2 ... the door is closed and unlocked, i.e. only following locking points are in the active position – 2 shootbolts, 1 central deadbolt.
Automatic lock is standardly used. Advantages of the lock: 1) After closing, the lock automatically presses the leaf against the frame in three points and thus improves the waterproofness, airtightness and at the same time prevents from deformation of the door leaf due to the Bi-metallic effect. 2) The lock essentially increases the resistance of the door to the burglary in a locked and unlocked condition.
We standardly offer thermal insulation triple glazing with SGG Planitherm XN (low-E) low emissivity coating. This glazing has excelllent properties: heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.6 W / m2K, solar factor g = 54%, light transmission TL = 74%. Filled with argon to 90%, the of emissivity coating is 0.03. The glazing is supplied with SGG SWISSPACER ADVANCE spacer or SGG SWISSPACER ULTIMATE spacer which currently have the best parameters on the market.
It is often necessary to “stuff” the composition of only one kind of glass with a number of properties. In addition to energy requirements (thermal insulation, sun protection, and heat gains), we often impose on glass also requirements for safety (protection against burglary, protection against injury), aesthetic (ornaments, colours, opaque) or functional (noise protection, self-cleaning property). Glass simultaneously meeting multiple requirements is called multifunctional glass and to put it on offer requires the knowledge of the subject and a proficient supplier of glass. Luckily, we meet both of these precondition in Aluplast :-)
When choosing the design of your door, we offer you two alternatives: a) a door made at workshop when upon your decision and agreed design, the leaf is devided with stiles into panels of various shapes. These can be filled with glass, or full sandwich panel of an individual choice; b) the leaf is filled with an original door panel of your choice (provided by our partners Adeco, Gavaplast)
In addition to the standard white (RAL 9016) there are also available 16 wood paterns of veneer, and 21 RAL shades when laminating, and up to approx. 300 RAL shades when sheating is done with AluClip and wet varnishing technology. More details on each type of finishes and colour options are provided in the blog.
