The ALUPLAST s.r.o. company has been on the Slovak market since 1993 and today it can be proud of being an outstanding domestic manufacturer of windows, doors and facades. We are known even over the ocean.They are our sales representatives in Slovakia and abroad who are mainly responsible for the sales. We are proud of the fact that today, more than 50% of our production is exported to the U.S.A. and within the whole European Union. What does our production look like?Production and warehouse premises are comprised of two separate buildings intended to provide space for aluminium and plastic production. In 2007 we added extra premises to the initial production shop worth almost 2 million EUR (SKK 50 million). We constantly invest in new production technologies and the automation of operations. Our computer controlled (CNC) machines significantly reduce errors caused by the human factor, and undoubtedly, they improve and accelerate production processes. A high-quality information system enables us to optimize production planning and efficiently use all production capacities. In addition to the technological innovations, we put maximum emphasis on quality processing and details. The last step within the production process is the shipping inspection which ensures that an honest Slovak product leaves our production. It is the product, which thanks to its technical and aesthetic parameters, meets even the most demanding requirements. |  |
We care about qualityOur company has implemented a Quality Management and internal audit system and works on the basis of three key documents. The documents refer to the System Standard, the Commercial and Technical Standard, and the Production Standard. How does it work in practice? Since 2007, we have been using an information system that controls and links all processes and information flow in the company. This system significantly helps us to enhances the quality of products and services. Add to this the fact that ALUPLAST s.r.o. is a member of the professional association SLOVENERGOokno. After quality audit, the Association awarded our company the quality label ENERGOkno, or so-called product rating. This label refers to the level of production stability of the company, that is an internal audit, but also the energy properties of windows (so-called energy labels). Only companies that meet demanding evaluation criteria can take pride in this label. The association SLOVENERGOokno trains our assemblers for assembly according to valid standards STN 73 3134. They all hold certificates that are called Assembly Licences. |

We are a member of SLOVENERGOokno. The association was formed by merging the previously existing professional associations SLOVOKNO and ENERGOkno, as a voluntary association of entities whose business activities cover the whole range of issues linked with the design, production, sale and installation of fillers of voids in the construction. The members are not only the manufacturers of windows and doors, but also the suppliers of safety glass, profiles for the production of windows and doors, as well as various suppliers of other accessories for those structures. In addition, SLOVENERGOokno has the ambition to bring together all entities regardless of their basic material base, i.e. the producers of wood, plastic and aluminium structures as well. SLOVENERGOokno strives to achieve objectivity, independence and impartiality by means of close cooperation with the professional public represented by universities, testing institutes, research institutes as well as the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development. The basic sense and purpose of the section is not only the development of the business, the support and protection of its members but above all efforts to create another institute for the protection of customers and consumers.
